Job description

Join our clients team as a Data Warehouse Support Specialist! As a Data Warehouse Support Specialist, you will ensure the stability and smooth operation of their Production Data Warehouse environment. You'll monitor daily processes, support critical EOD/EOM cycles, troubleshoot ETL and performance issues, and work closely with technical and business teams to resolve incidents quickly. You will also perform root‑cause analysis, improve operational procedures, and maintain clear documentation to strengthen the overall support framework.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Monitor and support the Production Data Warehouse environment on a daily basis to ensure stability and continuity
  • Ensure the successful execution and timely completion of EOD and EOM processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs, data loads, and performance bottlenecks
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth operations and incident resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents and recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of support and maintenance processes
  • Document and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and support guides.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Relational Database development experience in Oracle, Sybase IQ, or MS SQL Server
  • Experience and understanding of Data Warehouse architecture, ETL principles
  • Very good knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting production workloads under time constraints is considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with EOD/EOM business processes and their criticality in the financial environment is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, mathematics, or physics
  • Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation one week per month, including occasional weekend coverage.
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

  • Location: Remote (Baltic States)
  • Language: English
  • Engagement: Full-time
  • B2B contract. Hourly rate: 30-35 EUR.
