Graphic Designer (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to start immediately!

Goal
To provide graphic design support that improves visual assets used for marketing, product presentations, and seasonal promotions across digital and print channels, with the help of AI-powered improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Create design assets using existing templates and established brand guidelines with the assistance of AI tools
• Produce social media posts, simple advertisements, basic flyers, and presentations
• Resize, adapt, and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formats
• Apply feedback accurately and promptly across design revisions
• Organize and manage design files within shared folders or asset repositories
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives as needed
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders during check-ins and brief reviews
• Perform ad hoc design-related tasks

Qualifications:
• At least 1-year experience in graphic design or design support roles
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency
• Reading and comprehension skills: Intermediate to Advanced (must clearly understand design briefs, brand instructions, and revision notes)
• Written English skills: Good to Strong (for written feedback, captions, task updates, and internal communication)
• Spoken English skills: Conversational
• Accent preferred: Neutral or clearly understandable
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured briefs
• Open to feedback and able to work efficiently on revisions
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus

Software Tools and Websites Required:
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva (for templated or quick-turn designs)
• Google Drive or a shared asset repository

Technical Requirements:
• Working computer capable of running design software smoothly
• Reliable internet connection for file sharing and collaboration
• Working webcam for meetings and check-ins

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Location:
• This is a remote job

Working Relationship:
• VA will work under the guidance of a designated internal contact or marketing lead
