  • Sell transformation, not just features, by helping dealerships rethink their operations
  • Develop territory strategy and build executive relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and CFOs; represent VitalEdge in the market through events, onsite visits, and industry engagements

Let’s be real, this isn’t a “manage some accounts and send a few emails” kind of role, this is a build role.


At VitalEdge Technologies, we’re transforming how heavy equipment dealerships operate from sales to service to rental to finance. Our platform sits at the center of the dealership, and we’re expanding fast and looking for someone who wants to go win.

This is a remote role with ownership of a large, multi-state territory.


What You’ll Own

This is a true new business role. You’re not inheriting a book, you’re building one.

  • Create pipeline from zero
     Prospect into targeted dealer groups, break into competitive accounts, and generate new opportunities consistently.
  • Run full-cycle sales
     From first call to signed deal, you own the process. Discovery, value story, demo alignment, commercial strategy, close.
  • Sell transformation, not features
     You’re helping dealerships rethink how they operate, not just swapping software.
  • Build executive relationships
     Dealer Principals, GMs, CFOs are the stakeholders you will be engaging with and influencing.
  • Develop territory strategy
     Identify where to play, who to target, and how to win. You’ll operate with autonomy and accountability.
  • Represent VitalEdge in the market
     Events, onsite visits, industry conversations, you are the brand in your territory.


What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • You close net-new logos in competitive environments
  • You create momentum in your territory, dealers know who you are
  • You bring insights back to the business to shape strategy


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or complex solutions
  • Experience hunting, not just managing inbound or existing accounts
  • Comfortable selling to owners and executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to translate operational pain into a clear business case
  • High ownership mentality (you don’t wait, you go)

Bonus points if you’ve sold into or worked within:

  • Heavy equipment dealerships
  • Rental, service, or parts operations
  • ERP / DMS / operational software environments
