Senior Agile Product Owner
Role Overview
We are seeking an Agile Product Owner to support the delivery of high-impact digital experiences across our Employee Benefits platform. This role partners closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic business and customer needs into actionable work items.
This is an execution-focused role responsible for managing team-level priorities, refining feature and user stories, and ensuring successful sprint delivery. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to deepen their product knowledge while contributing to meaningful customer-facing solutions.

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartfordβs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
