Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our Global Digital Marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our organic search foundation and driving scalable, high-impact growth across our global digital ecosystem by aligning technical SEO, content, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven insights. You will join a highly collaborative, forward-thinking digital team that serves as a vital cross-functional partner across the entire organization.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ideally within a large, matrixed Business-to-Business (B2B) organization managing complex, multi-site ecosystems.

  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization best practices, and enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge and SEMRush.

  • Proven ability in translating search, competitor, and behavioral data into actionable content strategies, while remaining highly adaptable to evolving AI trends and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
