Schedule - Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Hourly Pay - $20.00-$23.00. Paid Weekly

Summary
The Customer Billing Coordinator is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that customers are billed according to the service they received. Develop quotes by costing materials, supplies, and labor. calculating customer's payment, including deductibles and generating the invoice to be submitted to the customer for payment. Possess a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and excel under pressure. Maintains a general understanding of the repair process as it relates to Standard Repair Times and parts pricing which will appear on quote/ invoice to the customer.
