Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sports-Minded Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a competitive edge, a passion for helping others, and a desire to win in real estate. You’ll engage with homeowners, assess their needs, and present creative solutions through our network of real estate buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate potential properties to determine market value, necessary repairs, and

  • Present and negotiate purchase offers, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

  • Educate sellers on available options, including cash offers, payment plans, and lease options.

  • Collaborate with our network of real estate professionals to provide creative and customized solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of property evaluations and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Sports-minded, competitive, and driven to achieve results.

  • Real estate experience preferred, but not required. (License is a plus.)

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on creating win-win solutions.

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a high-performance team.

  • Experience in creative real estate solutions (lease options, seller financing, etc.) is a plus.
