About the Role

We are seeking a highly curious and product-oriented Agentic Software Engineer I to join a fast-moving engineering team focused on building modern software products using AI-assisted development workflows.

This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want to grow quickly while working with scalable cloud systems, modern frontend frameworks, distributed architectures, and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.

You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers to build, improve, and maintain full-stack applications and backend services while leveraging AI-powered development workflows as part of your daily engineering process.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Software Development

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications and backend services
• Collaborate with senior engineers on feature development and platform improvements
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Support API integrations and distributed systems development

AI-Assisted Engineering

• Utilize AI coding tools such as:
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Cursor
  • Claude Code
• Accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows through AI-assisted development practices
• Support modernization initiatives and technical debt reduction

Engineering Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of software engineering experience
• Strong foundation in one or more of the following:
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Python
  • C# / .NET
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as:
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Vue
  • Angular
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments
• Interest or experience using AI coding tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• English level: B2+ preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to LangChain, RAG, MCP, or AI integrations
• Startup or product-company experience
