This is a remote contract role.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized individual to join our Audience Development team as Associate Manager, YouTube Operations. This role reports to the YouTube Operations Manager and will play a critical role in supporting the execution and operational workflows behind Crunchyroll's rapidly growing global YouTube network.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing complex workflows across multiple stakeholders, this could be a great fit. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring a high volume of content moves seamlessly from curation to publishing while serving as the primary point of contact for our external agency partner.
While this role is closely focused on YouTube, success will be driven by strong project management, organization, and communication skills, rather than deep platform expertise alone.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is passionate about anime and fandom communities, highly accountable, and excited to help bring content to fans at scale.
