Job description

The role

This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. You’re in it with your team. Coaching deals, shaping strategy, and making sure everyone knows what great looks like, and how to get there.

You’ll lead our Account Executives, building a culture where people perform, grow, and actually enjoy doing both. 

You’re a player-coach at heart. You understand what drives people. You know when to push, when to support, and when to step in. 

What you’ll do

You’ll focus on three things: performance, people and clarity.

  • Drive predictable revenue and accurate forecasting
  • Build a high-performing team with clear paths to quota
  • Coach deals, pipeline, and strategy using structured sales methods
  • Run sharp 1:1s and team sessions that actually move the needle
  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent
  • Spot risks early and act on them
  • Bring structure, rhythm, and accountability to how the team operates
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product and RevOps

  • Your team consistently hits targets
  • Forecasts are reliable, no surprises
  • Pipeline is healthy and intentional
  • People grow in confidence, ownership and results
  • The team operates with trust, ambition, and clarity

What you bring

  • 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years leading teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS Sales Environments
  • Strong coaching skills, you improve performance, not just track it
  • Confidence in sales methodology and deal strategy (MEDDPICC or similar)
  • A structured, data-driven way of working
  • A genuine interest in people and what drives them
  • The ability to turn strategy into consistent execution
