At Publitas, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to support our growing customer portfolio across the EU. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality service experience while helping internal teams stay aligned and operationally efficient.
You have 2+ years of experience in service delivery, project coordination, customer operations, or a similar client-facing operational role, ideally within a SaaS or digital environment
You speak and write fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus (German is strongly preferred)
You are based within the EU time zone
You have experience communicating directly with clients and stakeholders in a professional environment
You have strong organisational and project coordination skills and enjoy working across clients and internal teams
You care deeply about accuracy, timelines, operational quality, and service delivery standards
You are comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools such as Asana, Slack, Zoom, and other digital collaboration platforms
You are proactive, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing structure or quality
Need constant supervision or direction
Prefer repetitive work without change or improvement
Struggle with multitasking or prioritisation
Are comfortable with average execution instead of high standards
Find remote and async collaboration difficult
Wait for instructions instead of proactively taking ownership
