At Publitas, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to support our growing customer portfolio across the EU. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality service experience while helping internal teams stay aligned and operationally efficient.

This role is for you if you… 

  • You have 2+ years of experience in service delivery, project coordination, customer operations, or a similar client-facing operational role, ideally within a SaaS or digital environment

  • You speak and write fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus (German is strongly preferred)

  • You are based within the EU time zone

  • You have experience communicating directly with clients and stakeholders in a professional environment

  • You have strong organisational and project coordination skills and enjoy working across clients and internal teams

  • You care deeply about accuracy, timelines, operational quality, and service delivery standards

  • You are comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools such as Asana, Slack, Zoom, and other digital collaboration platforms

  • You are proactive, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing structure or quality
