Our client is seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the technical implementation and end-to-end delivery of our cutting-edge digital financial solutions.

This role requires a candidate who bridges the gap between complex technology and business objectives. You will have a proven track record of managing technical integrations and deployments across multiple banks and fintechs, specifically involving API-led architectures, digital lending, and payment ecosystems. The Senior Project Manager will be the technical pivot point, ensuring that our infrastructure integrates seamlessly with client environments while maintaining rigorous standards of security and performance.

👤 The Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation: Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of financial platforms, overseeing the integration of APIs, core banking connectors, and third-party fintech modules.

• Project Governance: Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring all technical milestones are met on time and within scope.

• Client Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for banking and fintech partners, guiding their engineering teams through onboarding, configuration, and UAT.

• Regulatory & Security Alignment: Ensure all technical deployments comply with regional standards (such as SAMA and CBUAE) and internal cybersecurity protocols for data residency and encryption.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to translate client requirements into technical specifications and resolve complex deployment blockers.

• Risk & Issue Tracking: Proactively identify technical risks—such as integration lag or legacy system incompatibilities—and develop robust mitigation plans to ensure project stability.

• Deployment Optimization: Continuously refine the implementation playbook to accelerate time-to-market for new banking partners and improve the scalability of the onboarding process.

🎓 The Skills & Competencies

• Experience (10+ Years): Significant experience in technical project management or implementation leadership, specifically within a Fintech or Banking environment.

• Technical Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering complex financial software, including knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and ISO 20022 messaging standards.

• Multi-Institution Portfolio: A proven history of managing high-stakes implementations for multiple Tier-1 banks and agile fintech startups simultaneously.

• Regional Compliance: Solid understanding of the Middle Eastern fintech landscape, including technical compliance requirements for SAMA (KSA) and CBUAE (UAE).

• Agile Proficiency: Expert-level command of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage technical backlogs and sprint cycles in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication & Influence: The ability to translate "deep tech" concepts into business value for C-suite stakeholders while maintaining credibility with developer teams.

• Problem Solving: A relentless focus on unblocking technical hurdles and an analytical mindset geared toward optimizing system architecture during deployment.
