Estamos procurando um profissional com perfil comercial, olhar estratégico e jogo de cintura para negociação, que queira atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, desafiador e 100% remoto. Se você tem experiência com vendas consultivas e já atuou no setor artístico, essa oportunidade é para você!

📌 Principais atividades:
• Receber e analisar briefings de clientes e agências
• Orçar talentos para eventos, campanhas e ações em redes sociais
• Enviar propostas personalizadas (prazos, escopo e condições)
• Realizar follow-ups estratégicos até o fechamento
• Negociar sob pressão, utilizando técnicas de persuasão
• Manter controle do funil de vendas em CRM e planilhas
• Cumprir metas mensais de conversão e faturamento

💻 Modelo de trabalho: 100% Remoto
🕘 Carga horária: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h (1h de almoço)
💰 Salário: R$ 2.500,00
💸 Comissionamento sobre as vendas fechadas
