Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in project management within a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, particularly Asana, along with Slack, Google Drive, and Airtable.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail; excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.

  • Manage Creative Projects from Kickoff to Delivery; coordinate and execute projects throughout the full project lifecycle; brief, delegate, and manage assignments within Asana to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive Workflow Efficiency and Problem Solving; identify and remove operational barriers and streamline processes to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Facilitate Clear Cross-Functional Communication; act as a key point of coordination across internal and external teams; maintain alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track Progress and Ensure Timely Delivery; monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively address risks or delays and update project management systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage Creative Projects from Kickoff to Delivery

Own the coordination and execution of creative projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Brief, delegate, and manage assignments within Asana, ensuring projects are properly scoped, assigned, and delivered on time.

Drive Workflow Efficiency and Problem Solving

Actively identify and remove operational barriers that may impact timelines or team productivity. Help streamline workflows and improve processes to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Facilitate Clear Cross-Functional Communication

Serve as a key point of coordination across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain clear communication throughout each stage of execution.

Coordinate Team Resourcing and Task Management

Lead briefing sessions and delegate work thoughtfully based on team bandwidth, skill sets, and project requirements. Monitor workload distribution to support balanced resourcing across active projects.

Track Progress and Ensure Timely Delivery

Maintain visibility into project timelines, milestones, and deliverables by actively tracking progress and updating project management systems. Proactively step in to address risks or delays and keep projects on schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Experience in project management within a digital marketing agency or similarly fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, particularly Asana, along with platforms like Slack, Google Drive, and Airtable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently from kickoff through delivery.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying barriers, navigating challenges, and keeping workflows on track.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments, with adaptability and the ability to shift priorities as business needs evolve.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and support team success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Salary Range: $51,000 - $60,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
