  • Install IT systems and software in radiotherapy services (on-site or remotely) independently or as part of a team
  • Update software licenses, provide technical support, and resolve incidents on-site or remotely, while monitoring installations and updates

Nous recrutons actuellement un Technicien en Solutions Informatiques itinérant pour renforcer l'équipe d'installation Software FRANCE, basé au Plessis Robinson (92). Vous possédez de solides connaissances en informatique et une expérience de plusieurs années en intervention sur site au contact de clients, idéalement en environnement hospitalier ou clinique.

Vos missions principales :

  • Préparer les installations et mises à jour logicielles avec les Services Informatiques de nos clients (prérequis infrastructure, configuration de l’Active Directory et/ou du réseau, flux entre équipements, etc.)

  • Réaliser des tests et des migrations de bases de données cliniques (BDD)

  • Déployer des applications et logiciels Varian (ARIA / Eclipse, etc.) sur les serveurs et les postes des utilisateurs des Services de Radiothérapie 

  • Installer des systèmes informatiques et/ou logiciels dans les services de radiothérapie en autonomie ou en équipe (sur site ou à distance)

  • Mettre à jour les licences logicielles, assurer le support technique et résoudre les incidents sur site ou à distance ainsi que le suivi des installations ou mises à jour logicielles

  • Connaissance approfondie des systèmes d'exploitation Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 y compris Contrôleurs de Domaine et Active Directory.

  • Bonne compréhension des bases de données relationnelles et des outils SQL (MSSQL idéalement) - Bonne maîtrise de la virtualisation (VMware)

  • L'expertise Citrix serait un atout supplémentaire.

  • Expérience de service ou d’installation sur site dans le domaine informatique de préférence.

  • Maîtrise du français

  • La capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais est indispensable. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir une maîtrise parfaite de la langue, mais de solides compétences en anglais vous aideront à réussir dans ce poste. La maîtrise d'une troisième langue (espagnol ou italien) est un plus.

  • Vous habitez la région IDF : de nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir principalement en France avec des interventions ponctuelles dans toute l’Europe du Sud et en Afrique du Nord”.

We are currently recruiting a Field IT Solutions Technician to join the Software Installation Team in France, based in Plessis Robinson (92). You have solid IT knowledge and several years of experience in on-site customer support, ideally in a hospital or clinical setting.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare software installations and updates in collaboration with our clients’ IT departments (infrastructure prerequisites, Active Directory and/or network configuration, data flows between devices, etc.)

  • Perform testing and migrations of clinical databases (DB)

  • Deploy Varian applications and software (ARIA / Eclipse, etc.) on servers and user workstations in Radiotherapy Departments

  • Install IT systems and/or software in radiotherapy departments independently or as part of a team (on-site or remotely)

  • Update software licenses, provide technical support, and resolve incidents on-site or remotely, as well as monitor installations and software updates

What it takes to join us:

  • A background in computer science; you are passionate about IT and comfortable working with both teams and clients.

  • In-depth, practical knowledge of TCP/IP networks and IT architectures.

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 operating systems, including

  • Domain Controllers and Active Directory.

  • Good understanding of relational databases and SQL tools (ideally MSSQL) - Proficiency in

  • virtualization (VMware)

  • Citrix expertise would be an added asset.

  • Experience in IT service or on-site installation is preferred.

  • Fluency in French

  • The ability to communicate effectively in English is required. You do not need to be fully fluent, but stronger English skills will support success in the role. Proficiency in a third language (Spanish or Italian) is a plus

Ideally You live in the Paris region (IDF): frequent travel is to be expected, mainly within France, with occasional assignments throughout Southern Europe and North Africa.
