Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 10-12 years in telecom with a focus on customer acquisition and digital partnerships
  • Proven track record leading regional sales or revenue growth teams
  • Strong experience building and managing marketing strategy for B2C and B2B; deep understanding of emerging markets and prepaid-heavy market dynamics (including postpaid and prepaid solutions)
  • Experience interfacing with R&D and Engineering for feature feedback and development; strong digital acquisition, lifecycle management, and analytics skills

Requirements:

  • Drive growth for TSEL through digital acquisition, lifecycle management, and strategic digital partnerships
  • Lead and scale regional sales/revenue growth teams; develop and execute marketing strategies for B2C and B2B in emerging markets
  • Build and manage key customer relationships and partnerships with telco operators and digital brands
  • Collaborate with R&D/Engineering to provide feedback and prioritize feature enhancements; measure and optimize CVM metrics

About This Role:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Commercials at Circles. This pivotal role is focused on driving growth through digital acquisition, lifecycle management, and strategic digital partnerships. The ideal candidate brings extensive telecom experience, a proven track record in customer acquisition, and a deep understanding of emerging markets.

Experience & Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10-12  years in telecom, with a focus on customer acquisition and digital partnerships.

Proven track record leading regional sales or revenue growth teams.

Excellent understanding of building and managing marketing strategy for B to C and B to B

Deep understanding of emerging markets and prepaid-heavy market dynamics.

Deep understanding of postpaid and prepaid solutions & customer facing features 

Major successes in consumer telecom (e.g., achieving significant subscriber base growth or revenue increases through strategic initiatives).

Knowledge and experience of interfacing with the R&D and engineering in terms of feedback and enhancement/ development of features and functionalities.

Skills

Expertise in digital acquisition and lifecycle management.

Strong analytical skills to measure and improve key CVM metrics.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage partnerships effectively.

Excellent customer relationship management skills
