Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, including CRM administration concepts
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large data sets and proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT) and excellent written/verbal communication with strong ownership and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting compliance with revenue recognition and bookings policies; ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Requirements:

  • Process sales contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with legal requirements
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues related to commissions, contracts, data, and process improvements
  • Analyze data to support Sales Management, answer business questions, and maintain accuracy of key sales metrics
  • Assist Legal and Finance with monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting; support strategic and tactical initiatives across the sales organization to maximize revenue opportunities

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Operations leadership team, the Sales Operations Specialist plays an important role in helping ensure management can make sound, data-driven decisions. You’ll support the day-to-day operational needs of the sales organization by processing sales contracts, supporting commission calculations, maintaining data accuracy, and helping maximize revenue opportunities across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and support business performance. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and IT to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

A typical day will include…

  • Processing sales contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with legal requirements

  • Supporting Sales Management by analyzing data and helping answer business questions

  • Assisting Legal and Finance teams with monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting

  • Maintaining accurate sales data and supporting the integrity of key business metrics

  • Helping support strategic and tactical initiatives across the sales organization to maximize revenue opportunities
