The Position
Research global colour trends, consumer insights, and market movements to inform seasonal palettes
Identify global brand colours that become evergreen colours with the core and seasonal colour palettes
Work closely with the regional outlet teams on cascading the previous seasonal palette into the regional needs
Develop and present colour stories for each collection in alignment with brand identity
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors for each brand to translate their vision into cohesive and distinctive color strategies
Partner with design, material, and product development teams throughout the development process
Ensure colour consistency across fabrics, materials, and product categories
Partner with the colour development team to maintain colour libraries and documentation for future reference
Monitor competitors and industry leaders for colour direction and innovation
The ideal candidate
Min 5-6 years Fashion creative work experience background preferably from colour, trend, print and/or fashion/textile design for an international fashion premium/luxury brand or fashion lifestyle trend agency or similar
Expertise in colour systems, fashion textile colour and trend research
Demonstrates exceptional taste, style level and able to interpret the needs of the design teams from a colour perspective
Ability to translate trends into colour palettes with a contemporary commercial fit for the Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA
Experience from creating strong cohesive colour stories for collections that align across product groups with clear story telling reflecting season concept ideas
A thorough knowledge of the premium and luxury fashion market segments is essential
Excellent computer skills in Adobe creative suite and other creative design tools
A team player with strong drive, confidence and influencing personality
Thrives working in a high pace, ever changing environment with a hands-on mentality
Proactive approach, able to support and adapt to the needs of the stake holders
Highly organized and structured with the ability to handle multiple seasons and projects simultaneously.
Able to travel
You are a great communicator used to working cross collaboratively
Business English fluency (written and verbal)
