Roles & Responsibilities

  • Current board certification in a relevant imaging modality (e.g., CT, MRI, PET/Nuclear Medicine) with oncology experience and modality-specific training.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in imaging or a related field (preferred).
  • Several years of experience as an imaging technologist, ideally within oncology, clinical trials, or a regulated environment.
  • Experience with multiple imaging modalities and image quality control applications; comfortable with computer systems and standard office software; ability to work independently and in remote teams, with travel up to 15% if required.

Requirements:

  • Review and assess medical images to ensure quality, clarity, and compliance with study protocols; identify image quality issues, raise queries, and support resolution with internal teams, sponsors, and sites.
  • Train and support clinical sites on image acquisition, submission, and protocol requirements; act as a subject matter expert for assigned imaging modalities within oncology studies.
  • Prepare, process, and archive image data for ongoing and completed studies; support image measurements, demonstrations, and preparation of images for client or regulatory submissions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of study documentation, manuals, and training materials; follow SOPs and quality processes; participate in system testing, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and assess medical images to ensure quality, clarity, and compliance with study protocols

  • Identify image quality issues, raise queries, and support resolution with internal teams, sponsors, and sites

  • Support oncology study start-up activities, including site qualification and technical reviews

  • Train and support clinical sites on image acquisition, submission, and protocol requirements

  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned imaging modalities within oncology studies

  • Prepare, process, and archive image data for ongoing and completed studies

  • Support image measurements, demonstrations, and preparation of images for client or regulatory submissions

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of study documentation, manuals, and training materials

  • Follow and support departmental standards, SOPs, and quality processes

  • Participate in system testing, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration
