YOU WILL BE: 

As a temp on the Technology team, you will be offered hands-on experience across various Technology Teams. A successful candidate will be able to drive business results through the development and execution of world-class technology solutions designed to meet evolving business needs.

YOU WILL DO:

Your responsibilities may include:

• Design, coding and testing software solutions

• Perform routine audit and updates of cloud systems and applications

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and developments, including pioneering the use of AI in development and testing cycles

• Be able to learn and ramp to specific software ecosystems (such as Salesforce, Oracle, IBM)

• Analyze existing team workflows and identify bottlenecks or repetitive tasks.

• Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve overall team efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Product, QA, UX to deliver a viable tech solution 

• Dive deep into the system/application and help business stakeholders resolve critical issues when needed

YOU WILL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Science).

• 0-1 years of experience((internship experience or personal portfolio projects are highly valued).

• Strong verbal and writing communication skills

• Ability to design, implement and deliver software solutions 

• Understand the test framework, unit test, and integration test tools

• Comfortable with Javascript, Java, and/or Python

• Familiarity with AWS 

• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Preferred: Open to learning new technical stacks

• Preferred: prior experience in retail domain

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
