Our client is seeking a PPC Specialist to support digital growth initiatives through high-performing paid media campaigns, reporting, and AI-assisted optimization. The company is focused on maximizing digital performance through strategic collaboration across paid media, SEO, and social media channels while leveraging automation and AI-driven workflows.

The PPC Specialist will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Local Services Ads, and Google Business while supporting reporting, analytics, and campaign optimization efforts. This role combines hands-on campaign management with AI-assisted workflow automation and cross-functional collaboration with SEO and social media teams.
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Local Services Ads campaigns to achieve target KPIs
Manage and optimize Google Business presence to improve local visibility and engagement
Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign performance to maximize ROI
Collaborate with SEO and social media teams to align campaigns and broader marketing initiatives
Track and analyze campaign performance across paid media platforms
Prepare regular performance reports highlighting ROI, trends, and optimization opportunities
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and cross-channel performance
Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive PPC tasks including bid adjustments, reporting, and ad copy testing
Leverage AI for keyword research, targeting improvements, and ad optimization
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency through automation and AI-assisted workflows
Work closely with SEO and social media teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Support creative teams with ad asset recommendations, testing strategies, and performance insights
Contribute to cross-functional marketing initiatives and optimization efforts
Stay current on PPC, paid media, AI, and search marketing trends and best practices
Recommend workflow improvements and optimization opportunities across campaign management processes
2+ years of professional experience managing PPC or Google Ads campaigns
Strong experience with paid media platforms, bid strategies, and campaign optimization
Experience with reporting, analytics, and campaign performance tracking
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid search marketing
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
Comfortable leveraging AI tools for workflow automation and campaign optimization
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with SEO, social media, and creative teams
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and campaign management abilities
Paid media campaigns consistently achieve or exceed ROI and performance goals
Accurate and timely reporting with actionable optimization insights
