β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
β’ Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
β’ Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights

β’ 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience
β’ Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills
β’ Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate
β’ Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills
β’ Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
β’ Native or near-native English fluency
β’ Experience in higher education marketing
β’ Experience with Paid Media or SEO performance reporting
β’ Exposure to CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives
β’ Experience managing analysts, contractors, or analytics resources
β’ Agency experience supporting multiple client accounts
β’ Familiarity with predictive analytics or statistical analysis techniques
