✔️ 2-5 años de experiencia con Service Cloud Voice en Salesforce
✔️ Experiencia con Amazon Connect como backend de telefonía
✔️ Participación en proyectos end-to-end de Contact Center
✔️ Experiencia en:

  • Routing

  • IVR

  • Colas

  • Skills

  • Enrutamiento

  • Supervisión

  • Analítica y calidad

✔️ Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio a diseño técnico

⭐ Valorable:

  • Migraciones desde plataformas legacy o CCaaS hacia Salesforce Voice o Amazon Connect
