You will play a pivotal role in overcoming current bandwidth constraints and accelerating content delivery, directly enhancing our ability to provide and sustain high-quality enablement. Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and presenting sophisticated enablement content that scales effectively to support both internal readiness and critical customer adoption. You'll move beyond producing individual assets to crafting comprehensive learning solutions that drive meaningful outcomes and elevate our educational standards.

 
The Skills You'll Have
 
eLearning Content Development & Instructional Execution:  
  • Utilize eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise and/or Storyline) to create dynamic content.
  • Build basic interactive elements or guided walkthroughs to enhance learning.
  • Present a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, structure, and instructional quality.
  • Design and build interactive simulations, including click-through workflows and system simulations
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Mindsmith, or similar) to support content development, such as drafting scripts, generating outlines, or accelerating first-draft production
Learner Experience, Visual Quality & Scalable Design:  
  • Consistently apply brand and visual guidelines to learning content.
  • Design clear, engaging learning layouts that optimize retention.
  • Balance learner engagement with instructional clarity for maximum impact.
  • Utilize reusable templates, components, or design systems for consistency across courses.
  • Showcase strong before-and-after examples of content improvements and visual enhancements.
Technical Concept Enablement:
  • Create impactful training for complex technical or product-based topics.
  • Comfortably work from technical documentation or system workflows as a primary source.
  • Validate content accuracy by collaborating effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Possess prior experience in customer or internal technical enablement environments.
  • Translate intricate technical workflows into interactive simulations or practice-based learning.
 
Project Execution, Feedback Incorporation & Collaboration:  
  • Manage multiple content deliverables concurrently and effectively.
  • Constructively take and apply feedback to enhance deliverables and elevate content quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of deliverables from initial intake through final delivery.
  • Implement process improvements that increase content development efficiency or quality.

Within 90 Days, You'll:
  • Begin contributing to a consistent pipeline of net-new eLearning content, focusing on both technical and non-technical topics.
  • Review existing courseware and templates, identifying key areas for modernization to improve engagement and consistency.
  • Establish initial workflows for translating raw documentation or SME input into structured, learner-ready training assets.
  •  

    Within 180 Days, You'll:
  • Successfully deliver several optimized eLearning courses, showcasing improved learner engagement and visual quality.
  • Modernize and implement new templates for various content types, setting a higher standard for design and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline a sustainable content audit and refresh process, beginning its implementation.

  • Within 365 Days, You'll:
     
  • Have significantly increased content velocity and quality, leading to measurable improvements in internal readiness and customer adoption.
  • Fully establish and manage a continuous content audit and refresh process, ensuring all learning materials remain current and impactful.
  • Become a trusted expert, recognized for building scalable, high-quality eLearning experiences that directly contribute to organizational success.
