Who We’re Looking ForArootah is seeking experienced Chief Operating Officers to join our advisor network and support clients across the alternative investment landscape.
As part of the network, you may be engaged with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to provide strategic, project-based leadership across operations, infrastructure, and organizational execution.
Core Areas of Expertise
- Building, scaling, and optimizing operating infrastructure across alternative investment firms
- Overseeing front-to-back office functions, including operations, finance, compliance, and technology
- Driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives
- Partnering with CIOs, founders, and senior leadership on firm strategy and execution
- Leading organizational design, vendor selection, and cross-functional alignment
- Managing growth, transformation, or turnaround initiatives
What You Bring
- Prior experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent senior leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
- Deep understanding of investment firm operations and infrastructure
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, building teams, and driving execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
