Job Description : 

This role is responsible for the timely and accurate communication of claims registers to clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Key duties include maintaining funding for self-insured clients, fostering effective communication with both external client contacts and internal departments, and preparing and distributing reports and bills to clients.

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements
Required Education:
HS/GED


Required Experience:
Some college preferred. Prior experience in billing and eligibility preferred.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2. Ability to meet deadline requirements
  • 3. Must be detail oriented and a team player
  • 4. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to identify problems and issues and work within the Department for resolution or with other Department for resolution.

Pay Range Minimum:

$19.66

Pay Range Maximum:

$27.42
