Role: 14290 - Sr. Developer (Blue Prism) - Starting Date: Immediately - Contract: long term as PJ or CLT at UltraCon's Customer - Work Place: 100% remote - Work Time: 9h00 to 18h00 - Language: English Advanced Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Developer (Blue Prism) to join our automation and digital transformation initiatives. The professional will play a strategic role across development, technical leadership, and solution architecture activities, supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate must possess strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism, solid programming foundations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders and clients to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism in enterprise environments. • Act across multiple responsibilities including Developer, Technical Lead, and Solution Architect activities. • Analyze business requirements and convert them into efficient and scalable automation solutions. • Participate in technical discussions, architecture definitions, and automation strategy initiatives. • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine business and technical requirements. • Support process assessment, feasibility analysis, and automation opportunity identification. • Develop reusable automation components, frameworks, and best practices. • Integrate RPA solutions with external systems, APIs, OCR platforms, and enterprise applications. • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, optimization, and root cause analysis for automation processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and project-oriented environments. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation governance practices. • Share technical knowledge, ideas, and best practices openly with the team. • Ensure code quality, documentation standards, and adherence to security and compliance guidelines. Required Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism development. • Blue Prism Certification is mandatory. • Strong background in software development and programming logic. • Proven experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, especially Blue Prism. • Experience working with OCR technologies and document automation solutions. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations. • Experience communicating directly with clients and business stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Fluent English communication is mandatory. • Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within technical teams. • Experience participating in process automation or systems integration projects. Desired Skills • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and intelligent automation initiatives. • Web development knowledge including HTML and CSS. • Understanding of automation architecture patterns and enterprise integration concepts. • Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise application integrations. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Experience with other RPA or intelligent automation platforms is a plus.
