You will have ownership over complex freight database systems, serving as the critical bridge between data precision and exceptional customer collaboration.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the precise execution and setup of freight contracts within our advanced database systems.

• Conduct detailed analytical reviews of transportation costs to uncover efficiency opportunities.

• Champion customer communication by proactively resolving complex freight rate issues.

• Collaborate across diverse, global departments to streamline agreement queries and system workflows.

• Maintain impeccable accuracy in comprehensive rate documentation to ensure data compliance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Good English level to communication - Test in Interview

• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent business correspondence skills.

• Proficient computer skills, with high-priority mastery of Microsoft Excel. (mandatory)

• Outstanding adaptability to communicate effectively across diverse international cultures.

• Proven ability to learn rapidly and deliver accurate results under time pressure.

• Proactive mindset with an innate attention to detail when executing complex tasks.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience working with JIRA or similar project tracking software.

• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain analytics.
