Job description

Job Title :	Senior Analyst / SME – Loan Reconciliation (CLO/CDO)
Qualification :	Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Relevant Experience :	2.5 to 6 years
Must Have Skills :	1. Strong knowledge of Loan Syndication (Cash Reconciliation & Position Reconciliation) 2. Experience with Bonds, Equity, and CLO/CDO structures 3. Proficiency in tools like Solvas, Global Cash Manager (GCM), and GRX platforms 4. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Good Have Skills :	1. Knowledge of different market traded processing 2. Experience in process improvement initiatives 3. Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks in loan operations

Prepare and present periodic reports on reconciliation status and exception tracking
