  • Provide inbound customer service: receive, monitor, and supply information on order fulfillment; provide information on products/services and ongoing marketing campaigns; assist with resolving issues and handling complaints and returns; provide technical support for multimedia products.
  • Conduct outbound activities: verify and complete personal and marketing data; conduct market research and marketing studies; share information on new products and promotional campaigns; invite customers to meetings.
  • Adhere to procedures and supervisor instructions, performing tasks conscientiously and diligently to ensure correct, timely, and effective execution of customer service tasks in inbound traffic.

Correct, timely, and effective execution of customer service tasks in inbound traffic, related to the following activities:

  • Receiving, monitoring, and providing information on order fulfillment

  • Providing information on products and services offered and commercial offerings

  • Providing information on ongoing marketing campaigns

  • Assisting in resolving problems and accepting complaints and returns

  • Providing technical support for multimedia products

 

Outbound traffic, related to the following activities:

  • Verifying and completing personal and marketing data

  • Conducting market research and marketing studies

  • Providing information on new products and promotional campaigns

  • Inviting customers to meetings
