Director, Audience Activation

Role Overview

The Director collaborates with leadership to define and execute strategic and operational plans, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives. This role operates in a complex, multi-account environment, overseeing delivery across teams to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Excellence & Predictability

• Lead capacity planning, staffing, and delivery management to ensure high-quality execution
• Drive operational standards and governance to support efficient delivery

Strategic Integration

• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align delivery with broader strategic priorities
• Translate strategic direction into actionable frameworks across teams

Qualifications

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in client-facing delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing complex delivery models (e.g., digital marketing, CRM, direct marketing)
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
