We are looking for a Remote Data Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong abilities in order and organization, with a keen attention to detail. What does the day-to-day look like in this role?
The day-to-day in this role combines operational and analytical work around data and campaigns. As part of the role, you will work closely with Campaign Managers, pull data from various systems, create daily and weekly Excel reports, perform data checks and cross-referencing within large datasets, and ensure that the data is accurate, accessible, and clearly presented to support decision-making.
In addition, the role includes presenting data to Campaign Managers and Team Leads in the Media Department, as well as identifying anomalies or gaps in the data. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, Excel, and data, pays strong attention to detail, stays organized and accurate, and can respond quickly to needs that come up in the day-to-day work.
