Requirements:

  • Assist with ongoing marketing and operations projects, contributing ideas and supporting the team.
  • Create marketing materials including presentations, reports, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and operational efficiency with guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in team meetings; perform administrative tasks as needed.

Aeroflow Health- Health Solution Marketing & Operations Intern (Spring Internship)

Department: Health Solution Marketing & Operations

Location: Remote (with at least one trip to Asheville)

Term: Spring 2026 (3-4 Months - tentatively plan for April to June/July)

Pay: $18/hr

Hours per week: 20

 

Position Summary:
Are you ready to jump into the world of healthcare marketing and operations? Aeroflow Health is looking for a bright, motivated intern to join our Health Solution Marketing & Operations team this spring. If you're passionate about healthcare, curious about marketing strategy, and eager to gain hands-on experience, we want to meet you! This is a chance to work with an energetic team that is transforming healthcare with a purpose—and have a little fun along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting our team: You'll be helping with ongoing projects, contributing your ideas and fresh perspectives.
  • Creating marketing materials: Assist with everything from presentations to reports, and even some creative content like blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Digging into data: Help us analyze campaign performance and operational efficiency—don't worry, we’ll teach you!
  • Collaborating with awesome people: Work with cross-functional teams to develop new strategies and ideas that make an impact.
  • Sitting in on team meetings: You’ll be involved in brainstorming sessions where your voice will be heard.
  • Admin tasks: We know it's not all glamorous, but your attention to detail will be crucial to help keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or something similar.
  • Strong communication skills: You’re a pro at getting your point across, whether it’s in writing or in person.
  • Experience with Google Suite preferred: While familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is great, we're also looking for someone who’s willing to jump in, try, test, and learn as they go.
  • Organized: You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • A team player: We work hard together, and we believe in having fun while doing it!
  • Curiosity about healthcare marketing: We want someone who is ready to dive deep into healthcare marketing and operations, even if you’re new to the field.
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. 
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance 
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
