DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Based in Manila as part of the offshore team supporting the ANZ business, this role reports to the Operations Team Lead.

As the Operations Assistant, you will:

  • Monitor and action incoming requests promptly and with a high attention to detail to meet expected service level agreements.
  • Processing orders in the NEXTGEN ERP system.
  • Placing orders with Vendors.
  • Processing Vendor and Customer Invoices.
  • Work as part of a team and independently as required to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Follow the designated internal processes and procedures in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Handle both internal and external queries with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in producing internal, customer, and Vendor reports.
  • Working closely with the extended Operations and Finance teams.
