Job Duties:

The Office of Online & Professional Learning Resources (OPLR) is seeking an Enrollment Adviser (EA) to join its student recruitment team. • Provide excellent customer service and advising to prospective students; respond to inquiries with accurate information about programs and processes and execute seamless handoff to admissions
  • Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, admissions, program management, and student services to obtain up-to-date information, provide colleagues with feedback from prospective students, and work through individual student situations
  • Serve as the primary EA for several programs – attend monthly program meetings, co-present virtual information sessions, maintain internal documentation, and keep the team abreast of changes
