Your Role

As an engaging Account Executive in HR Consulting Sales, you won’t just sell services—you’ll become a trusted partner for our clients. You’ll engage with businesses of all sizes, providing them with HR and Recruiting solutions that address their unique challenges and help them thrive using our proven process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their go-to expert.
  • Identify opportunities for our HR consulting/Recruiting services that meet client needs.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of our service offerings.
  • Participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance our brand presence.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while fostering positive client relationships.
