The purpose of this role is to pro-actively finalise workers compensation claims and manage a portfolio of claims in accordance with EML's guidelines, policies and procedures for our National Self Insurance business unit.
 

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Brisbane office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims while supporting customers through their recovery journey.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate claim records, prepare documentation and complete administrative tasks within required timeframes.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes and deliver exceptional customer service
