Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, population health, public health, accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration or related field

excel in providing support and advice for strategic and operational decision-making, utilizing insights to drive better business, population health, and value-based care performance.
are skilled in supporting and reinforcing key initiatives within the Population Health Finance and Analytics department through effective education and communication with leaders in Population Health and operations.
possess a forward-looking view, a rich consulting toolkit, and high emotional intelligence, enabling you to raise standards in key decision areas and influence decisions by articulating different options.
have experience in performing a broad range of financial, population health, and value-based program analysis, as well as business plan responsibilities for assigned areas.
feel comfortable serving as a technical and subject matter expert, provide guidance to team members, lead complex projects, and make recommendations to improve both the business and processes within the Population Health Finance and Analytics team.
Have a background in quality, quality reporting, or familiarity with Minnesota State Reporting
Come from a healthcare or clinical background and have experience supporting clinical program evaluations
