Our client is a growing company focused on expanding its marketing efforts through strategic campaigns, webinars, partner collaboration, and digital engagement initiatives. They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution, manage marketing operations, and help drive brand visibility across multiple channels.
Fully-Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns, webinar coordination, partner communication, and content creation across digital platforms. This role combines marketing strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination while helping maintain organization and consistency across marketing initiatives.
Assist in developing and managing the annual marketing calendar, campaigns, and key initiatives
Coordinate webinar and event logistics, including partner communication, content preparation, and post-event follow-up
Support the execution of marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment across teams
Coordinate with marketing partners on content marketing initiatives and campaign activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing partners and key stakeholders
Support cross-functional collaboration across marketing initiatives and campaigns
Write and edit content for social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice, company goals, and target audiences
Support content creation efforts across multiple marketing channels
Utilize AI tools such as Claude and Lovable to improve workflow efficiency and streamline marketing tasks
Support outreach and campaign coordination through platforms such as Salesforce and Salesloft
Help optimize campaign execution and operational workflows through automation tools
Assist with SEO and PPC campaign initiatives to support online visibility and engagement
Support social media scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, PR, event coordination, or related marketing roles
Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and outreach platforms preferred
Exposure to SEO, PPC, or digital campaign execution is highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Experience creating marketing and social media content
Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing workflows
Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Successful execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, and events
Strong engagement and attendance across marketing initiatives
Consistent delivery of high-quality marketing content and communications
Effective collaboration with internal teams and external marketing partners
Organized and well-managed marketing calendars, workflows, and campaign execution
