Due to our rapid growth across EMEA, we are looking for an Education Sales Associate to help us expand our impact to more students across the region.

This is a full-time remote position, based within EMEA time zones.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective families, representing our values and strengths

  • Contact and engage with new leads to schedule appointments for the Admissions Team

  • Conduct proactive, high-volume outreach via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp

  • Continuously improve sales techniques, processes, and enhance industry knowledge

  • Share insights and trends with key stakeholders, including our EMEA Sales & Marketing team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in English (additional European, Middle Eastern languages, are a plus)

  • At least 3 year of experience in sales

  • A natural ability to quickly build rapport, persuade, and deliver value

  • Strong drive and resilience to exceed targets

  • High learning agility and a growth mindset, with comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus
