About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions on our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration, and enjoys building scalable solutions that improve the client and agent experience.
This role will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions while continuing to develop deeper platform expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, primarily supporting Service Cloud features such as Console, Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
  • Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business requirements.
  • Assist in developing Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration tools.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow established Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
  • Support release management and deployment activities using CI/CD or deployment tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and defects during development and testing phases.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience
    in Service Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration including Flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and security model.
  • Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) or supporting system integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile development environment.

Preferred Certifications (one or more)

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
