Five or more years of integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and hands-on work with OIC adapters, Process Cloud Service, and Visual Builder Cloud Service.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications data models and APIs (ERP, HCM, CX) as well as REST and SOAP web services; familiarity with API management and security standards (OAuth2, SAML, mTLS).
Strong scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript), SQL; excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; experience migrating from Oracle SOA Suite to OIC is a plus.

Requirements:

Design and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications with on-premises and third-party systems, including complex mappings and error handling.
Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, configure and operate a wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, custom), and develop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service.
Develop Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications and implement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals.
Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC; provide hypercare and post-go-live support; maintain comprehensive technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer
Location: 100% Remote (Continental United States)
Position Type: In-house Bright Vision Technologies SOW engagement (no third-party client or vendor)
Experience: 5+ years
Sponsorship: No new H1B sponsorship available. H1B transfers welcomed for qualified candidates.

This is a 100% remote, full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies.
This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies’ in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies — there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved.
We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role.
BUT STRICTLY NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY COMPANIES. ALL OUR ROLES ARE W2 AND NO 3RD PARTY BROKERING PLEASE.
Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies and contribute to our in-house SOW deliverables.
No new H1B sponsorship is available for this role.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect Oracle Cloud Applications, on-premises Oracle systems, and third-party platforms. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with OIC integrations, processes, and visual builder applications, and will combine that with a clear understanding of integration patterns, API management, and Oracle Cloud Applications data models.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) with on-premises and third-party systems.
Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, including complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows.
Configure and operate a wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, custom).
Develop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service for human-centric workflows.
Build Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications.
Implement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals.
Design robust error-handling and notification patterns, including retries, escalation, and resubmission workflows.
Optimize performance of high-volume integrations through batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns.
Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC.
Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications functional teams to align integrations with business processes.
Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including incident response and root-cause analysis.
Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures — so that the system remains supportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers onto over time.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Five or more years of integration experience, with strong hands-on time in Oracle Integration Cloud.
Solid experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or CX) data models and APIs.
Experience with REST and SOAP web service development.
Working knowledge of Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service.
Familiarity with API management concepts and Oracle API Platform.
Strong scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript) and SQL.
Experience with security standards (OAuth2, SAML, mTLS).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Prior experience migrating from Oracle SOA Suite to OIC is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification.
Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database integration.
Familiarity with event-driven integration on OCI.
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD patterns for OIC content.
Working knowledge of related platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI).
