  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Economics or Business Administration with 2-3 years of related experience

  • Expert knowledge in Excel, Access, and SQL (VBA a plus)

Requirements:

  • Conduct cost analysis to understand repair costs, update and enrich the cost database, and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to estimate market levels and ensure pricing competitiveness
  • Lead the RFP process: respond on time, understand RFP specifics, prepare price proposals with terms, and review contractual terms
  • Perform risk assessment and win/loss analysis; present pricing hypotheses to management and coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Asset Management to ensure RFP compliance

We are looking to hire a dedicated Pricing Analyst to join our team. The Pricing Analyst will support our Pricing department.

As part of the Pricing team, the Pricing Analyst will be the lead on answers for various Requests for Proposal (RFP). He will also perform data analysis to assess the correct cots of repair and to propose competitive offers.

The main duties consist of:

  1. Cost Analysis
  • Perform data analysis to get an in-depth understanding of repair costs for a certain group of components and technologies.
  • Update and enrich the cost database. 
  • Identify opportunities of cost reduction.
  • Analyze both customers feedback on past RFP and market data to estimate market level and ensure competitivity of the pricing. 
  1. Answer to Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Lead complete RFP process to validate and respond on time.
  • Understand the RFP specificities which are impacting the pricing definition: customer profile, existing customer contract, OEM contract terms, restrictions, sales strategy, and technical requirements when providing prices.
  • Prepare price proposals with price conditions. Review contractual terms to make sure they are in line with the RFP conditions. 
  • Perform risk assessment when building prices and Win/Loss analysis on RFP.
  • Communicate with stakeholders of various departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, Asset Management) to make sure to comply with RFP specifications.
  • Lead presentations of the defined pricing and hypothesis to management for validation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Economics or Business Administration + 2/3 years related experience. 
  • Technical knowledge of the components and the aviation industry.
  • Expert knowledge in Excel, Access, and SQL. VBA a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills of large data, databases, and queries.
  • Detailed oriented, Motivated, curious, proactive, and organized.
  • Able to work under pressure, flexible and agile to lead several analyses in parallel.
  • Teamwork and good communication skills, able to make presentation at high management level.
  • Project management experience.
  • Able to work from home and from company office.
