Marketing & Innovations Business Controller

Now we’re looking for a Marketing & Innovations (MI) Business Controller to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Mölndal, Sweden and report to the Head of Business Controlling, Marketing & Innovations and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.
 

Your role in the blend

As MI Business Controller, you act as the financial business partner to stakeholders within Marketing and Innovations.
 

This role will include:

Business partnering:

• Be the Product & Concept business case owner for selected MI areas/portfolios

• Be the financial business partner in identifying growth opportunities and efficiencies to in the marketing organization

• Track innovation success and post launch evaluation

• Foster business acumen and financial understanding across the organization

Planning and reporting:

• Manage monthly financial closings and analyze key drivers of deviation.

• Support and guidance in financial planning and forecasting for selected MI areas

• Deep dives and ad hoc analysis on topics such as product/category profitability

• Support for financial BI solutions of MI

Your key ingredients

You’re a self-driven, result oriented team player with ability navigate in a changing environment. You probably think that numbers are both fun and important storytellers and like to spread that feeling throughout the organization.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• Strong experience in finance, with focus on Business Controlling

• Analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and driving business growth.

• Ability to navigate transformation and change, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Results-oriented mindset, with persistence in execution and high integrity.

• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English
