Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Sector's Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking an Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst / Principal Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst to support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organization's Global Trade Systems team (GTS).
The primary responsibilities of this position include supporting the ERP Global Trade Systems team by configuring, testing, and implementing changes in the domestic and international SAP GTS Systems. The selected candidate will possess both functional SAP and Northrop Grumman business process knowledge of internal processes. This position can be filled near any Northrop Grumman office or full-time teleworking for the right candidate.
The selected candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of processes in SAP. The candidate will support recurring and non-recurring activities in the GTS area. The candidate will work under general direction. They will be responsible for applying technical concepts to determine approaches to solutions that provide continuous improvement and delivery identified goals and objectives. They will have the skill to maintain data in the system for their own testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison for the Sector community around changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, communications, and provide strategic direction.
Effectively balance production support and project demands, engagement, and systems administration (maintenance, performance management, etc.).
Investigation of issues in existing programs, reviewing data conditions, writing specifications, and working directly with programmers to resolve problems.
Involvement in the GTS Upgrade project.
Involvement in planning of system and development deployment.
Responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
Testing GTS related functionality as part of incidents, enhancements, Enhancement Pack upgrade, Service Pack implementation and disaster recovery project.
This requisition may be filled at either an Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst (T02) or Principal Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst (T03)
Basic Qualifications for Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst (T02):
2 Years of relevant experience with Bachelors degree or Masters degree.
Experience participating in SAP lifecycle implementations and/or production support.
Basic Qualifications for Principal Enterprise-Wide Apps Analyst (T03):
5 Years with relevant experience with a Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; or 1 Year with PhD.
Experience participating in SAP lifecycle implementations and/or production support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working and technical knowledge of SAP GTS.
Able to extract and verify SAP table data.
Advanced level knowledge of GTS processes and policies.
Advanced level knowledge of GTS interdependencies other functional areas.
Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Access skills.
Excellent organizational, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
