We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Blue Yonder/JDA solutions to join our enterprise supply chain transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess deep techno-functional knowledge of Blue Yonder applications, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on implementation experience across complex supply chain environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business objectives.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of supply chain processes, configuration capabilities, integration frameworks, and functional workflows within Blue Yonder products. Experience in Order Optimization and end-to-end supply chain planning solutions will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder/JDA solutions across supply chain and planning modules.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into techno-functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and customize Blue Yonder applications based on business needs and operational processes.
• Work closely with business users, supply chain teams, and technical developers to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and functional design discussions.
• Provide expertise in system integration, data mapping, workflows, and process optimization.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams for seamless execution and delivery.
• Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Participate in upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives related to Blue Yonder/JDA platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain planning and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with Blue Yonder and JDA supply chain solutions.
• Proven expertise as a Techno Functional Consultant in enterprise application environments.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and support of Blue Yonder/JDA modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and planning processes.
• Ability to bridge the gap between functional business requirements and technical implementation.
• Experience in writing functional specifications, test cases, and solution documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, batch processing, and enterprise systems.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Order Optimization modules and related supply chain planning solutions.
• Knowledge of demand planning, fulfillment, inventory optimization, or warehouse management processes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and modernization initiatives.
• Exposure to SQL, scripting, or data analysis tools.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 10 – 20 years in Blue Yonder/JDA techno-functional consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in Blue Yonder/JDA technologies are preferred.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or supply chain modernization projects is highly desirable.
