Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect with Azure cloud platform expertise
  • Proven ability to integrate and orchestrate 3rd party services (Mulesoft, Salesforce CRM, Contentful CMS) within enterprise architectures
  • Experience leading architecture from discovery through Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and Operational Design Concepts (ODC), focusing on security, scalability, CIAM, and observability

Requirements:

  • Own the end-to-end solution design for a major digital modernization program to deliver a unified guest journey (web/mobile) including a Conversational Concierge and Unified Booking Experience
  • Bridge the Connected Guest Journey business vision with the technical reality on Microsoft Azure and relevant 3rd party services (Mulesoft, Salesforce CRM, Contentful CMS)
  • Drive architecture from discovery through Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and Operational Design Concepts (ODC), ensuring security, scalability, CIAM, and observability from day one

Why we’re hiring

We are executing a major digital modernization program for our customer to transform the guest experience. This Project aims to deliver a unified, personalized digital journey across web and mobile platforms - integrating a modern Conversational Concierge and a Unified Booking Experience.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end solution design. You will bridge the gap between our "Connected Guest Journey" business vision and the technical reality on Microsoft Azure and all the relevant 3rd party services (e.g. Mulesoft, Salesforce CRM, Contentful CMS). You will drive the architecture from discovery through to Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and formal Operational Design Concepts (ODC), ensuring security, scalability, and seamless identity management (CIAM) and observability are addressed from day one.
