  • Deliver coaching and training to change safety culture and behaviours within the Dutch facilities of a global business
  • Collaborate with the DSS+ specialist team to implement safety improvements
  • Facilitate safety workshops and coaching sessions for site leadership and frontline teams
  • Support development and execution of risk-based safety initiatives to sustain continuous improvement
