Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, with preference for AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms (or any automation tool).
Proven expertise in Salesforce, particularly within the Service Cloud module.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD Settings, and Sharing Rules).
Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments (AccelQ preferred).
Validate end-to-end Service Cloud functionality and perform backend data validations using SOQL/SQL.
Early issue detection with a deep understanding of backend configurations, process flows, and validation rules, and communicate findings to the team.
Collaborate in agile projects using Jira or other ALM tools for SDLC.

Service Cloud QA with automation:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong preference for experience using AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms. Any automation tool is also fine.
