Roles & Responsibilities

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework; implementation experience on Lightning Web Components (LWC) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of LWC (Lightning Web Components), including Events, Aura, component lifecycle, public properties, Wire methods, and usage of Apex classes.
Expertise in core Salesforce features such as Lightning Aura Components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes/triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes, and configurations like Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Roles/Profiles, sharing rules, reports and dashboards.
Experience with CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) including Data Manager (data flows/recipes, scheduler, data connectors), Analytics Studio, security configuration, and dashboard exposure/integration with portals.

Requirements:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components; design APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code and Web Services.
Lead CRM Analytics implementations, including Data Manager, Analytics Studio, security configuration, dashboards, and integration with Lightning components and community portals.
Collaborate in an Agile environment, communicate product architectures and design proposals to stakeholders, and work effectively with distributed global teams.
Configure and optimize Salesforce applications, including Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Roles/Profiles, Sharing rules, Reports and Dashboards; ensure quality through testing and adherence to best practices.

Job description

Requirement:

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework, Implementation experience on LWC is mandatory.
Working knowledge on LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, Aura, Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods, and Usage of Apex Classes.
Well experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes, Components, Custom Settings, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Roles, Profiles, Organization Wide Defaults and Sharing rules, Reports and Dashboards and other Salesforce.com standard features.
Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery
Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc.
2 years hands-on CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) experience, which includes, the Data manager (Data flow/Recipes design, Scheduler, Data connectors), Analytics studio, Advanced analytics (Discovery), and Security configuration.
Exposure to a customer-facing dashboard and its integration with a community portal.
Exposure to enterprise data analytics, optimization techniques
Experience in large implementation of SFDC Einstein/ CRM Analytics implementation.
Exposure to integrating the dashboard with lightning components.
Self-motivated, accountable, and having a sense of ownership; take pride in what you code
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; technical curiosity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with the distributed global team will be an added advantage.
